Shipping Methods

Canada-Wide Shipping: $15 flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Montreal Local Shipping: $2 flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

In-Store Pickup: Free. Orders can be picked up at our physical store location.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Please note that our shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within up to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

In-Store Pickup
If you choose the in-store pickup option, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order. Items must be picked up within 14 days of notification.
International Orders
At this time, we primarily ship within Canada. If you would like to place an international order, please email us at houseoflordswag@gmail.com with the items you are interested in and your full shipping address. We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lord Swag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
